I teach Thursdays 6.30 pm and Sundays at 9.30 am - at Basefit.ch in Bachenbülach

Additionally I support by the hour at Halle 41 in Kloten

At my yoga studio the nessesary material is available.

In case you can not come for a visit, due to physical reasons, I am happy to teach at your home.
